America 250 is a national celebration marking 250 years since America's founding. It offers a moment to reflect on the country's beginning, present, and future.

Artwork helps make visible the diverse and complex history of the nation's earliest years, offering a powerful way to explore America's founding story and ideals.

To help visitors reflect on America's history and future, we've created America 250 Discovery Totes. These bags will be available for checkout at the Museum's welcome desk and will include reflective prompts, sketchbooks, and unexpected objects to help visitors dig deeper into American artwork and American history.

The Chrysler Museum of Art is open Tuesday–Saturday 10 a.m.–5 p.m., Sunday noon–5 p.m. Admission to the Museum is free.
