Quips and Sips: Stories about Ben Franklin, John and Abigail Adams and more

About

Virginia By The Glass is a free history speaker series at 1781 Brewing Company and Wilderness Run Vineyards, created as part of our VA250 commemorative programming.

Virginia By The Glass features historians and educators sharing stories of Virginia history, local history, and the American story. Guests can expect an easy evening on the farm with time to meet the speaker, ask questions, and continue the conversation afterward. Craft beer, Virginia wine, food, and cigars will be available on site.

The series also features three VA250 beer releases from 1781 Brewing Company:
• Lafayette Saison
• Von Steuben Kölsch
• Red Coat English Golden Pub Ale
