America turns 250 years old and The Charlottesville Band, now in its 104th year, will be celebrating at Ting Pavilion on Saturday, July 11 at 3:30pm. We'll be playing celebratory music for the entire family, including Aaron Copeland's Lincoln Portrait, narrated by Doug Schneider.

We will also feature the U.S. Army Brass Quintet, who will perform with the Band, and The Cville Singers, who will perform "Homeward Bound" and "America the Beautiful."

Bring your family and friends and spend a Saturday afternoon helping us celebrate 250 years of America. As always, admission is free!
