Liberty Celebration

Liberty Celebration

About

On the Fourth of July holiday, salute the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence during Liberty Celebration at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown.

From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on July 4, visitors can enjoy interpretive programs, artillery demonstrations and learn about the challenges that faced our nation’s founders, as well as those for whom the new nation’s rights of freedom and liberty did not yet apply.

Make ready for red, white and boom! A full schedule of events, from Fifes & Drums of York Town to a Great American Sing-Along, is available at https://www.jyfmuseums.org/events/programs-activities/liberty-celebration.
