A cherished Albemarle County tradition, the Crozet Independence Day Celebration brings the community together each summer for an evening of festive, family-friendly fun. The event is free and open to all, with voluntary donations encouraged.

The celebration begins at 5:00 PM with the Crozet Volunteer Fire Department parade down Crozet Avenue, followed by festivities at King Family Vineyards starting at 6:00 PM. Guests can enjoy live music, kids’ activities, food trucks, and local beer and wine in a relaxed outdoor setting.

The evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks display over the Blue Ridge at approximately 9:30 PM - an unforgettable finish to a beloved community celebration.
