"Revolutionary Vallley" exhibition

About

The exhibition "Revolutionary Valley" explores the Shenandoah Valley before, during, and after the Revolution through powerful personal stories, rare artifacts, and firsthand accounts -- from Revolutionaries and Loyalists to free and enslaved people. Their struggles for freedom and equality sparked a legacy carried forward by generations. On view at the MSV through early 2028, "Revolutionary Valley" is funded in part by a grant from the Virginia Museum of History & Culture's Commonwealth History Fund, presented by Dominion Energy, and a grant from Virginia Humanities.
