Be part of the July 4th 2.50K Fun Run celebrating the 200th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Sponsor or participate in this unique community event with a Thomas Jefferson impersonator, reading of the Declaration of Independence and complimentary VA 250 commemorative sourvenirs.


On Saturday, July 4, 2026, the Chamber will host a family-friendly 2.50K Fun Run at Kingstowne Towne Center beginning at 8:00 a.m. The event will celebrate both Independence Day and America’s 250th anniversary while bringing together residents, families, local businesses, and community leaders from across the region.

Runners and walkers of all ages will be encouraged to participate, making this a great opportunity for businesses to gain visibility while supporting a fun and community-focused event. Wear your RED, WHITE and BLUE! Celebrate the holiday in active and patriotic setting.
